Corona Virus

02 Jul

Updated 4th August 2020: Based on the current Government Guidelines, we are pleased to say that we restarted our alpaca walks on Sunday 5th July. We have made a few changes to visits for the time being to allow for social distancing and, prior to your visit, you will be sent an updated email about what to expect and the changes in place. As an outside activity the risk of transmission of Covid-19 is low, and we will be asking all customers to wash hands on arrival, not touch any fences or animals, we will be changing lead ropes between walks and providing feeding trays so you can feed animals rather than hand feeding. Your ticket still includes Jo's home baked cakes but we will be providing a drink and home baked goods to take away after your walk.

Please bear in mind that we are usually fully booked 4-6 weeks in advance and if you have an outstanding Gift Voucher or Rebook Link, please book as soon as possible so we can fit you all in!

We will be asking everyone to confirm that they haven't had any symptoms of Covid-19 within 7 days prior to their visit or are self isolating due to someone they have been in contact being tested positive within 14 days prior, and we will offer re-book links to anyone who finds themselves in that situation.

Thank you for your understanding in what has been a very difficult time. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Stay safe & well,
Jo & James
