Coronavirus
Updated 30th June 2020: Based on the current Government Guidelines, we are pleased to say that we are restarting our alpaca walks from Sunday 5th July. We will be making some changes to visits for the time being to allow for social distancing and, prior to your visit, you will be sent an updated email about what to expect and the changes in place. As an outside activity the risk of transmission of Covid-19 is low, and we will be asking all customers to wash hands on arrival, not touch any fences or animals, we will be changing lead ropes between walks and providing scoops so you can feed animals rather than hand feeding. Until cafes are allowed to re-open we will be providing a drink and home baked goods to take away after you walk.

We have added some extra weekday morning slots, which may particularly appeal to those who aren't working or have flexible working arrangements (or are vulnerable). All of our slots will run with reduced numbers to allow for social distancing. We are also working closely with Alex & Wes and Jess & Alice on providing new dates from October onwards and those slots will appear on our booking system when they are confirmed.

We will be asking everyone to confirm that they haven't had any symptoms of Covid-19 within 7 days prior to their visit or are self isolating due to someone they have been in contact being tested positive within 14 days prior, and we will offer re-book links to anyone who finds themselves in that situation.

You can view our customer guidance here or feel free to request a copy of our full risk assessment.

Thank you for your understanding in what has been a very difficult time. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Stay safe & well,
Jo & James
