Buy a Gift Voucher....

Gift vouchers make an ideal gift for any animal lover for Birthdays, Christmas, Valentines, leaving gifts or just to cheer someone up! You can gift a variety of vouchers for our popular Alpaca Walks. You can add a gift message and if required, you can fill in the recipient's email address and the voucher will be sent directly to them. If it's a surprise, leave the recipient email blank and just fill in the customer email address and then the voucher will be emailed to you to print off and gift. 

Vouchers are valid until the end of the year in which they are purchased (unless purchased as Christmas Gifts and then they are valid until the end of the season the following year). Walks run from Spring until Christmas and then we close for winter.

You can buy a Gift Voucher for any of our ticket combinations. 

• One person walking 1 alpaca : £37 (aged 18+ if walking unattended)
• Two people walking 1 alpaca : £55 (must include one adult responsible for the alpaca and any person 6+)
• Two people walking 2 alpacas : £74 (One adult and one child/adult 12+)
• Extra people are £18 (doesn't include an alpaca) (6+)
• Family Group #1: £110 Two people walking 2 alpacas + Two extra people (no alpaca)(E.G Two adults and two children aged 6+)
• Family Group #2: £92 Two people walking 2 alpacas + 1 extra person (no alpaca) (E.G One adult, one child aged 12+ and one child aged 6+) or (Two adults and one child aged 6+)

Visits are unsuitable for children under the age of 6 or for babes in arms, pushchairs, wheelchairs and anyone carrying an umbrella! Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Please leave dogs at home.

When purchasing you can also choose to add a gift set to your purchase if desired and we will package it all up and post it to you to give to your recipient, or directly to the recipient if you prefer. Gift sets cost £10 plus £2 p&p and contain your personalised gift voucher, gift bag and "So... what IS an alpaca?" photo and fact book - perfect preparation for your visit! 

When purchasing a gift voucher, a Booking Fee of £1 will be added to your order to cover the costs of the booking system and credit card fees. However, when your recipient redeems their voucher via our website, using the unique code on their voucher, they won't need to pay another booking fee as you will already have covered it for them.

Redeem a Gift Voucher

If you have received a Gift Voucher and want to REDEEM it:

1. Please click on the link below enter the code as it appears on our voucher. Don't copy and paste the code as this upsets the booking system.
2. At the ticket selection page, please select the tickets that your voucher is valid for by entering a number in the relevant box/'s. The system may not select the tickets for you but it will tell you what your voucher is valid for.
3. If you wish to add additional tickets you can do so here, and once you get to the payment page the value of your voucher will be deducted from the amount due.
